1 The use of container lock

▲The head of the international box lock is upwards for the working position, and downwards for the non-working position.

▲When loading a 20ft international box, all international box locks must be in the working position, and the stop must be placed in the stop groove of the lock seat.

▲When loading 40ft, 45ft, 48ft, 50ft international boxes, the 4 international box locks in the center of the car body must be in the non-working position, and the remaining 4 international box locks must be in the working position, and the stop at this point must be placed in the lock seat In the stop groove.

▲When used as an ordinary flat car, all international box locks must be in the non-working position.

▲When turning the international box lock, you must first lift the lock head diagonally upward, and after the stop is free from the stop groove, turn the lock head and drop it.

▲Before hoisting the container, you must first check whether the lock position of each box is correct, then hoist the container, align the corner fitting hole with the corresponding lock head, and drop it gently.

2 Use of end gate

In order to facilitate the transportation of vehicles and military equipment on the entire train, the two ends of the vehicle are equipped with movable steel end doors, which can be used as crossing boards when it is down. The end door must be in the upright closed position when the vehicle is running. In special circumstances, a stop buffer is added to the coupler to allow the end door to be tilted and run.

3 Maintenance instructions

▲The locks of each box should be handled at the place of easy-to-lost accessories. All round pins, split pins or nuts should be welded and solidified to ensure that the accessories are complete. Frequently check the condition of the wearing parts of the locking device to maintain good working functions.

▲The round pins of the end door are welded and fixed and checked frequently to ensure that the accessories are complete. Keep the opening and closing of the end door flexible, and ensure that when the end door is in a vertical position, the distance between the lower plane of the two ends and the upper plane of the end beam is not more than 4mm. When the end door is opened, one side is in contact with at least one support, and the gap between the support and the non-contact support should not be greater than 3mm.
