Yueqing Mingshi Vehicle Parts Co., Ltd., established in 2005, is a professional company specializing in the manufacture of railway passenger and freight car parts as well as custom non-standard equipment. We are an integrated company encompassing research and development, production, sales, and service, and serve as a manufacturing base for specialized and large-scale production of railway freight car parts. Our company is a professional supplier of passenger and freight car components and non-standard equipment to various subsidiaries of China Railway Rolling Stock Corporation (CRRC), China Railway Group's railway bureaus and vehicle segments, and we also provide support for China North Industries Group Corporation, China State Shipbuilding Corporation, and China National Energy Group.

We have advanced tooling equipment and a high capacity for developing non-standard equipment for use in railway vehicles. Since 2021, the company has expanded into the research, development, and production of ancillary parts for new energy vehicle (NEV) frames. Our products have passed several national testing standards, and their quality, technical specifications, and performance fully meet the requirements for automobile inspection and maintenance.

Our company has a registered capital of 50 million RMB, covers an area of 13,885 square meters, and has a total building and workshop area of 21,000 square meters. We employ 128 people, including senior and mid-level management, mechanical design and manufacturing specialists, and skilled workers in various technical fields.

We have obtained CRCC certification for the 250-type adjuster from the China Railway Test and Certification Center and have been granted production qualifications for brake oval pins, round pins, Aubé bushings, and freight car doors. We employ high-level professionals in management, mechanical design, and manufacturing, and have modern facilities including two state-of-the-art workshops.

Our infrastructure includes essential equipment such as main transformers, various types of air compressors, and systems for water, electricity, and gas supply. Our production equipment includes presses, shearing machines, stamping machines, cold heading machines, CNC machines, laser cutting machines, high-frequency heating devices, heat treatment equipment, and lathes, milling machines, and drilling machines. We also have a physical and chemical testing center equipped with metallographic microscopes, hardness testers, direct-reading spectrometers, tensile and impact testers, salt spray test machines, magnetic particle flaw detectors, and high-precision valve test benches, ensuring that our production and testing meet all customer requirements.

Our product line covers over 3,000 components for various railway car models, including open cars, covered cars, flat cars, ore cars, and tank cars. All products are manufactured in strict accordance with national and railway standards, as well as the requirements of customers. Our NEV parts are used by major brands including BYD, Xiaomi, Li Auto, Chery, SAIC General Motors, SAIC Volkswagen, Mazda, Changan, and IM Motors.

We strictly adhere to the ISO9001:2015 quality management system, and our products meet the testing standards of both CRRC and China Railway Group. We are also undergoing ISO/TS 16949 certification to further enhance our quality control.
